Please be thoughtful and grateful,

I can’t help but notice that some people are addressing Bugsounet with imperative orders as if he works for us.
Bugsounet provides endless support for millions of users with the smart mirror, dedicating his time, energy, and money to solving our problems. and yet you find someone writes to him, saying things like ‘Do this’ and ‘What is this?’ or ‘What is that?’
I kindly request that all of you use phrases such as ‘Please’ and ‘Thank you’ Additionally, please be thoughtful and grateful, as a mere of $5 donation will not keep the server running for 5 minutes.
Thank you, Bugsounet, for your time and devotion to this amazing open-source project.
Regards,

As a grateful helper and user of all the Bugsounet tools, I would also like to raise awareness among users that requests, in addition to being polite, should include necessary information for analysis, such as a detailed description of the error accompanied by logs. It is clearly important to also search through previous posts and check the prerequisites mentioned in the WIKI (which, by the way, takes an incredible amount of time to maintain)

I just second all of this.
Thank you! -
Good evening, guys, I’m glad to see that you have the same point of view as me.
Indeed, ‘I try’ to solve the problems encountered and it is not obvious
Also tell you that I have my main job and coding is just a hobby
I have slowly put in place “effective” tools that allow me to “solve” most of the problems
If I did it is indeed for you because the endless command lines are not obvious for most users
so I creatednpm run ...
commands.Regarding the donation, it makes the server live (and not myself!)
It’s always nice to receive a few € in reward for the work doneIn all cases,
Happy use to you!
