Hi,

I purpose some modification of the main code of MagicMirror

Actually, MagicMirror have only one for hiding and showing
I think it’s time to change this

Maybe you know capacity of EXT-Page animations (too many!!)
EXT-Alert, MMM-GoogleAssistant , MMM-Spotify, … all uses animateCSS library

So I purpose to the MM² team to make the same with updateDom, show and hide fonction of magicmirror natively

So I did a code test so that the team could test on their side

We are therefore in the process of seeing whether we will implement it or not.

oui peut-etre mais MM² a une suite de test avec (beaucoup) d’exigence
donc il faut faire un code tres strict en orthographe et anotations
toutes les nouvelles fonctions doivent etre detaillées !
et le tout en restant “propre” et cohérent
pour le momentj’ai fait ceci, mais rien est gagné pour le moment…

Ah! Another part of code is now merge to next version of MM² !

We have able to see if an update is available
Send a notification to all modules with the name of modules to update
(I will use it soon for EXT-UpdateNotification)

J’ai pas fini… Un 3eme se prépare afin de corriger un bug pour EXT-Pages

maybe with next version of MagicMiror you can do this:

All is native animation of MagicMirror !

For this test, on start of MM²:

clock and calandar come from left
newsfeed come from left and hidden to the right

maybe new fetaure will come in module configuration and will be very simple!
sample with newfeed module:

animateIn is the animation when the module is shown
animateOut is the animation when the module have to be hidden

Naturaly, there is a lot of animations…
