This is for the PIR
{
141 module: ‘EXT-Pir’,
142 config: {
143 debug: true,
144 gpio: 16,
145 reverseValue: false //was true 3/7/2024

So if i understand;
Your screen don’t turn off
[12.03.2024 20:07.47.348] [LOG] [PIR] [CORE] Sensor read value: 0 <--- Pir sensor is at rest (no detection) [12.03.2024 20:08.04.266] [LOG] [PIR] [CORE] Sensor read value: 1 <--- Pir sensor have detect a move [12.03.2024 20:08.04.267] [LOG] [PIR] [CORE] Detected presence (value: 1) <--- send information to EXT-Screen [12.03.2024 20:08.04.282] [LOG] [SCREEN] [LIB] Restart. <--- restart Timer
I have enough log for see what happen 10 min later (delay: 2 * 60 * 5000)
-
That is correct, there is no move anywhere in this location.
-
Are you able to turn off screen with
MMM-GoogleAssistant
website (tools) -
Sorry for the delay on this, I have more time now, I was able to confirm that the screen turned off successfully when sending out that command via the GA control panel.
-
So it’s means that your sensor make some fake positive and reset counter (counter will never end)
- see manual of your sensor and lower the sensitivity
- maybe your sensor near a heat source -> try moving it somewhere else
- sensor failed -> try to change it
