Get GA to open web site

How would I go about getting GA to open a web page? how would I make recipes I know very little coding but I work things out do you have an example I can work off?

I think, I have create it but it’s still in my dev platform at home.
So it’s not commit to dev or prod branch

GA browser is the only one able to open ALL websites without any restriction
Example: you can open google website
with other iframe module: you can’t: D
