Solved Google Not Responding

I have done everything I think. I did the run npm run tokens and logged in successfully. I put GA in the config file, When I launch with npm run start I see the screen read “google assistant loading” and then ready. I say “okay google, or hey google” … nothing happens at all

Have you install MMM-Detector.

yes, and i see the google and amazon logo when i launch the magic mirror but still no voice response

i did notice that if i click the google icon the assistant works and says “how can i help you” but then when i say “whats the weather” nothing happens. which is odd because it worked fine in the terminal

Did you update Pi OS?

Did you set mic in GA config to default?

That’s the one that I bought. When you run the tokens the mic responds in the terminal windows but not once i actually launch the magic mirror
