If i may offer some feedback, it would be great if you would use the Releases feature on github so the end users can easily find out what was changed. Keep up the good work!

I prefert not use release GitHib release because i use my own npm sources and this will cause incompatibilities between the releases.
And … I have some protect inside all code 😉

Thanks, I try to do the better but it’s a very long way alone and very difficult to manage all !

@bugsounet I know, I appreciate how much work goes into this. I am a full stack LAMP dev and i understand the pains of programming.

OFFTOPIC: I know oyu forked the MMM-PiLights module in an attempt to implement it as an EXT. If you have the time, can you make it work with the latest MagicMirror (I am lost). After that, I will do a PR into your plugin. I have added some extra features to the original module but only kept the code locally. I would happily contribute it to your project (light effects, full rbg passthrough), integrated already as a recipe with your module. In my use case I do MQTT messages to trigger a notification, which via a recipe controls the lights. PM me (or i can start a separate thread) if you would like us to join forces on that. Thank you!

yes I had thought of recoding it at the start… and transforming it with the EXT protocol but I don’t have the equipment for it and… didn’t have the courage to buy it too!)
                  so i gave up 😕

@bugsounet I am going on holiday for the next 2 weeks, but when I come back i will look at it a bit. Cause with the new magic mirror it won’t recompile anymore.

Bonsoir.
