Unsolved stop command does not work
-
@bugsounet said in stop command does not work:
In italian, when you says stop, it’s really writed “stop” in real time transcription popup ?
and arrow down icon shown ?
-
Yess sure !! but the radio does not turn off
-
- you use the preconfigured recipe radio or your own ?
- you can’t turn off all radio ?
-
I use your recipe without corrections
sometimes it goes off, sometimes it doesn’t and stays stuck on -
all time with the same radio ?
-
often happens with radio 105

Tested and works…
Test chained and works…I remember that i have the case but not with this plugin but with GAv3 with youtube and VLC
I have upgraded OS and the problem was solved
I’ll think about what I can do… pfff it’s complex to work with an unstable OS
Update:
- I will try to code with Native (HTML5) sound output (like GA v3)
- Actually it’s with vlc library
So, I will code dual … don’t really like that but maybe it’s needed
Or Dual module (like YouTube). one with VLC and one with HTML5What you prefer ?

My os is not Raspbian 11 // (Bullseye – 32-bit Version) but Buster
is this a problem with google assistant? -
for VLC app, yes it’s a problem
I have a lot of issue with it with busterfor exemple, that why i code EXT-YouTube (HTML5 version for donator) and EXT-YouTubeVLC (playing with VLC)
some GA v3 user with youtube VLC version said me … works , other said me it don’t works (black screen) or can’t stop video …
+/- same like you: can’t stop audio -
very stable and overclocked !
-
ok i will try to change os

Hello,
Thanks for Google Assistant and extra plugins.
I have the same issue. Impossible to quit the radio.
My Google Assistant language is FR and when I say stop radio it’s written " Stoppe radio". I think it is the problem. I haven’t found the pattern stop in the recipe for change.
Can you help me please ? -
bonjour, suffit de changer stop par stoppe dans la partie google assistant de configuration.yaml
{
“module”: “MMM-GoogleAssistant”,
“position”: “top_left”,
“configDeepMerge”: true,
“config”: {
“stopCommand”: “stoppe”,
“assistantConfig”: {
“lang”: “fr-FR”,
“latitude”: ******,
“longitude”: *****,
“deviceRegistred”: false
},
